RWDOA conducted several 12-day “Job Readiness initiatives” training programs for about 350 women from Herat High Schools and Universities from May 2011 to September 2011. The participants of these programs are introduced to different work places and fortunately about 180 persons of these participants are now working in different governmental and private organization.
