RWDOA conducted a four-day training program about “new agricultural techniques” from 30^th November to 03^rd December 2011 for 18 farmers from Pashtoon Zarghoon district of Herat province. The purpose of this program is to increase the knowledge of farmers on the most modern methods for agriculture affairs.
