On March 2012, RWDOA started the three-month (March to May) practical period of “internship program for 80 female students of Herat University”. The participants of the program started their jobs as interns in different government and private host organizations such as: Herat Justice Directorate, DOLSAMD, DOWA, Herat university, NGOs, universities, high schools, banks and… etc. RWDOA’s monitoring team will monitor the on job works of these 80 interns on monthly basis.
