On 15th March 2012, RWDOA started a new project with the name of “Enhancing the capacity of female Shuras of Enjil district-Herat province”. This project is part of a joint project between 5 organizations (RWDOA, RSDO, SDAO, BINO, and WASSA) which is donated by Counter Part International. The goal of this project is to enhance the capacity of 20 members of female Shuras of Enjil district; to link these Shuras with Provincia Shura of Herat province; and to increase the role of community development councils in Enjil district. RWDOA will conduct 8 training programs for beneficiaries of this project.
