Rehabilitation and Welfare development Organization for Afghanistan (RWDOA) started a new project with the name of “Six-month Internship Program for female students of Balkh and Nangarhar universities” on September 2012. This project is donated by U.S. Embassy and its beneficiaries are female students of various faculties from Balkh and Nangarhar universities. This Internship program is comprised of Theoretical and Practical periods. During the three-month theoretical period, participants study the management, Marketing, Accounting and Job Readiness Initiative subjects. And during the three-month practical period, participants will work in different host organizations as interns. The purpose of the program is to enhance the economy and capacity of refugee women on different working environments.
