RWDOA started a new project “Capacity Building and Employment Facilitation for 900 women” on October 2012. RWDOA is going to establish a free Employment Facilitation Center (EFC) equipped with free library and internet club at Herat Province. During the project lifetime, about 900 women will be trained (100 persons per month). The beneficiaries of this project will participate in “job readiness initiative and internet” one-month training program. Then RWDOA will help them in finding their favorite jobs.
