On December 2012, RWDOA conducted an Experience-sharing Conference in “Internship Program for Refugee women” Training class. The lecturers of this conference were high authorities of Herat Directorate of Women Affairs (DOWA), Directorate of Labor and Social Affairs (DOLSAMD), educated and experienced women and a number of Herat University Senior students. They shared their backgrounds and experiences with RWDOA refugee interns and encouraged them for making bright future and enhance the economy of their families.
