RWDOA started the “Enhancing Capacity of English Teachers & Learners”. RWDOA is going to establish two “English & Computer” training centers at Gowharshad Bigom High School and Herat Teacher Training College through this project. On July 2013, RWDOA opened the Gowharshad Training Center. The New Interchange system of English language and the most update versions of computer programs will be taught without any fees in this center.
