On December 2013, Rehabilitation and Welfare Development Organization for Afghanistan (RWDOA) conducted the first part of the 10-month English and Computer training program for English Instructors at Herat province. The purpose of this part is teaching of “Grammar & Writing” to the teachers and its duration is one month.
