On December 2013, Rehabilitation and Welfare Development Organization for Afghanistan (RWDOA) started a 10-month English and Computer (internet) training program for 200 English Instructors of Government schools at Herat province. The program is comprised of 5 months theoretical training and 5 months on-job training. During the theoretical period, such topics as: Methodology, Critical Skills, methods for teaching government schools’ English books, Grammar, Speaking and Reading will be taught for the participants. During the practical on-job training, the impacts of the trained topics will be evaluated and the problems of instructors will be solved by providing them advices, instructions and useful sources.
