On January 2014, Rehabilitation and Welfare Development Organization for Afghanistan (RWDOA) conducted the second part of the 10-month English and Computer training program for English Instructors at Herat province. The purpose of this part is teaching of “Speaking and Listening” to the teachers and its duration is one month.
