On May 2014, Rehabilitation and Welfare Development Organization for Afghanistan (RWDOA) started the five-month on job training program for 200 English Instructors of Government schools at Herat province. During this period, RWDOA’s master trainer and monitoring associate monitor the classes of teachers at their schools and provide them advices on new teaching methods. This program will benefit 200 teachers from 50 schools of Herat province.
