On July 2010, RWDOA started a new project with the name of “Mentoring and Training of English Language in Herat Fine Arts School. Duration of this project is 8 months and funded by JRS Indian International Organization in Herat Province of Afghanistan. The purpose of this project is to conduct a 7-month English language course (New Interchange System) for 70 female students of Herat Fine Arts School.
